Features of Lubrication Aluminum Entry Sheets

As printed circuit boards (PCBs) continue to advance toward higher density and finer hole diameters, high-speed drilling processes often encounter issues such as drill bit breakage and reduced precision. As hole sizes become increasingly smaller, conventional drilling equipment is no longer sufficient to meet manufacturing requirements, greatly increasing the risk of drill breakage.

Therefore, the use of the environmentally friendly entry sheets and backup boards developed by our company is essential to effectively reduce drill breakage rates and increase drilling stack capacity, ultimately achieving lower production costs and improved production efficiency.

The main functions of our product are as follows:

  • Precise positioning: Ensures accurate drilling placement.

  • Effective heat dissipation: Reduces losses caused by thermal effects.

  • Burr and debris reduction: Improves hole quality.

  • Drill bit cleaning: Maintains drill sharpness and processing stability.

  • Surface protection: Prevents pressure feet from damaging the copper foil surface.

Matte Release Film

  • Thickness (µm): 25, 30, 38, 50

  • Width (mm): 250–650

  • Appearance: Flat surface with no visible defects or foreign particles

  • Features: Double-sided release film with no distinction between front and back sides during use. Melting point is approximately 250°C

  • Applications: Provides isolation, filling, and protection functions, and is easy to peel off. Mainly used in rapid lamination, conventional lamination processes, and PCB manufacturing applications
