Lamination Aluminum Foil
In the PCB lamination process, materials tend to flow during pressing, which may cause resin overflow onto the steel plate. To prevent contamination of the steel plate surface that could affect production yield, copper foil is often used as an anti-overflow material. However, since copper is much more expensive than aluminum, the cost of the lamination process remains high. As a result, the trend of replacing copper foil with aluminum foil has rapidly emerged.

Applications: Mainly for quick lamination of FPC boards.

Drawbacks: Relatively high cost.

TPX Paper-Based High-Temperature Resin-Blocking Release Film

Prevents lamination defects in high-precision FPCs, reduces bubbling issues. Melting point: 230ºC. Front/back side distinction: film side contacts FPC, paper side contacts green silicone.

Properties: Fiberglass cloth is a high-performance inorganic non-metallic material with various types. It features excellent insulation, high heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength.

Applications: Used for quick lamination of FPC flexible circuit boards. It is also applied to fix heat-treated iron plates, preventing silicone oil from oozing out of the silicone pad, while suppressing resin flow and avoiding resin back-staining.

Drawbacks: Brittle and has relatively poor wear resistance.
