Lamination Aluminum Foil

In the PCB lamination process, materials tend to flow during pressing, which may cause resin overflow onto the steel plate. To prevent contamination of the steel plate surface that could affect production yield, copper foil is often used as an anti-overflow material. However, since copper is much more expensive than aluminum, the cost of the lamination process remains high. As a result, the trend of replacing copper foil with aluminum foil has rapidly emerged.

Matte Release Film

Thickness: 25μm, 30μm, 38μm, 50μm

Appearance: Smooth, uniform color, free from visible defects and foreign matter
Properties: Matte double-sided release PET film; usable on both sides. Melting point: 250ºC
Applications: Isolation, filling, protection, and easy peeling in FPC production. Mainly used in FPC quick lamination, conventional lamination, and the PCB industry.
Drawbacks: Contains trace amounts of silicone oil residue, negligible in effect.

Double-Sided Non-Silicone Release Film

Thickness: 25μm, 38μm, 50μm (regular thickness: 25μm, 50μm)

Length: Normally 100m; other specifications available upon request
Properties: Double-sided matte polyester (PET) release film without silicone; leaves no residue. Melting point: 200ºC. Usable on both sides.
Applications: Mainly for high-end FPC quick lamination, also suitable for conventional FPC lamination.
Drawbacks: Exclusive agency product imported from Korea; requires advance ordering due to long shipping lead times.

Single-Sided Silicone Release Film

Thickness: 25μm, 30μm, 38μm, 50μm (regular thickness: 25μm, 50μm)

Length: Normally 1000m; other specifications available upon request
Properties: Single-sided silicone-coated transparent polyester (PET) film. Melting point: 254ºC
Applications: Mainly used for FPC quick lamination, also suitable for conventional FPC lamination.
Drawbacks: Silicone oil residue may remain on FPC boards; film is relatively stiff and has no resin-blocking effect.

TPX High-Temperature Resin-Blocking Release Film

Thickness: 40μm, 50μm, 60μm, 90μm, 120μm
Width: 270mm, 540mm

Appearance: Smooth, uniform color, free from visible defects and foreign matter
Properties: Excellent heat resistance, filling, separation, and resin-blocking performance. Prevents resin transfer between FPC products, reduces processing steps, improves efficiency, and controls resin overflow on pads and gold fingers. Melting point: 230ºC
Applications: Mainly for quick lamination of FPC boards.
Drawbacks: Relatively high cost.

TPX Paper-Based High-Temperature Resin-Blocking Release Film

Thickness: 60μm, 70μm, 80μm, 90μm, 120μm, 150μm
Width: 270mm, 540mm

Appearance: Smooth, uniform color, free from visible defects and foreign matter
Properties: Excellent heat resistance, filling, separation, and resin-blocking performance. No silicone residue. No shrinkage during lamination. Prevents lamination defects in high-precision FPCs, reduces bubbling issues. Melting point: 230ºC. Front/back side distinction: film side contacts FPC, paper side contacts green silicone.
Applications: For quick lamination of high-precision FPCs, improves product quality.
Drawbacks: Higher cost.

Silicone Aluminum Foil Board

Thickness: 0.4mm, 0.6mm

Properties: The silicone aluminum foil board combines the advantages of aluminum plates and silicone pads, providing excellent flatness, thermal conductivity, and cushioning performance. It ensures better forming, filling, and adhesion during lamination.
Applications: Mainly used for quick lamination of FPC flexible circuit boards.
Service Life: Approximately 10,000 uses under normal operating conditions.
Drawbacks: Prone to bending and deformation; requires careful handling.

Heat-Treated Iron Plate

Fiberglass Cloth

Thickness: 0.075mm, 0.115mm, 0.260mm

Properties: Fiberglass cloth is a high-performance inorganic non-metallic material with various types. It features excellent insulation, high heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength.
Applications: Used for quick lamination of FPC flexible circuit boards. It is also applied to fix heat-treated iron plates, preventing silicone oil from oozing out of the silicone pad, while suppressing resin flow and avoiding resin back-staining.
Drawbacks: Brittle and has relatively poor wear resistance.

PTFE Fiberglass Adhesive Tape
